– HotFix
This hotfix release addresses critical issues faced in Robility Manager, which includes the timeout issue on the Interact page and the failure of email triggers for transaction movement in Interact in the LIVE environment.
Timeout Issue on Interact Page: Users experienced timeouts when reviewing the transactions in the Interact page. Now we have fixed the issue by implementing optimizations and handling the process in the backends.
Email Trigger Failure: Emails were not triggered upon creating or updating the transactions to any other queues in the LIVE environment. Now it has been rectified and the emails will be triggered automatically.
Please note that the “Hotfix release” has been implemented into the existing version 24.5.1.1 of RobilityManager.
