Cloud App Integration

New Feature

Introducing the App Integration service in Robility – a collaborative feature that seamlessly connects with third-party applications in a more secure way. This system also reduces the process of multiple connections by implementing a refresh mechanism, enabling scalability and enhancing collaboration for your business.

This feature is exclusively available for integration with Google Cloud, supporting Google Drive and Sheets, allowing users to automate and manage essential documents securely and efficiently, resulting in improved data accessibility and productivity. Click here to check out the documentation. 

Pagination

New Feature

The introduction of pagination in the Template, Resource, and Project menus significantly enhances user efficiency by organizing data into manageable pages. This functionality allows users to locate specific data quickly and reduces the need for extensive scrolling, contributing to a more user-friendly experience.

SAP Automation

New Features

We have introduced two new activities—ExtractData and ExtractTable—that utilizes SAP GUI Scripting for efficient data extraction.

• Extract Data – Enable users to retrieve both read-only and read/write text.
• Extract Table – Extracts table values from the SAP application.

Robility Designer

New features

• A refreshed UI for the Designer and the implementation of an advanced search function in the toolbox.
• Solutions are now systematically organized by tenant folders, with options for overwriting or renaming files during relocation.
• The publishing workflow now prompts syncing settings, and an icon displays the current connection status.
• The project key in the solution explorer helps verify the connection for integration activities, such as those involving Google Sheets and Drive.

Un-Attended Runner

Resolved issues

• Now if the robot stays in ‘Run Initiated’ for over three minutes, it will automatically switch to ‘Not Connected.’ This proactive measure ensures timely human intervention and enhances operational efficiency.
• We have resolved issues related to invalid license key connections in the Runner, particularly when updating workflows on the Deploy Robots page. This fix minimizes deployment disruptions.

G-mail Automation

• The latest updates address previously reported issues, allowing users to effectively mark Gmail messages as read/unread and obtain the mail counts. This fix simplifies the automation workflow, providing reliable and accurate results.
