The Organization Settings page allows authorized users to manage organization details, membership, roles, invitations, and associated projects.

The page contains three sections, accessible from the left navigation panel:

a. General: View and update the organization name, access debug information, and delete the organization.

b. Members: View organization members, manage roles, invite new members, and manage pending invitations.

c. Projects: View projects associated with the organization and create new projects.

Prerequisites

Only the Owner can modify organization settings and delete the organization. Other organization roles can view Organization Settings but cannot make changes.

1. General

The General tab provides options to update the organization name, view organization metadata, and access organization-level administrative actions.

Organization Name

The Organization Name field displays the current name of the organization. The Owner can update this name as needed.

To update the organization name:

1. Navigate to Organization Settings > General.
2. Under Organization Name, enter the new name.
3. Click Save to apply the changes.

Debug Information

The Debug Information section displays read-only metadata about the organization. This information can help identify the organization when troubleshooting issues or contacting support.

Field Description
Name Displays the organization name.
ID Displays the system-generated unique identifier assigned to the organization.

To view or copy the metadata:

1. Select the Expand icon to view the full metadata.
2. Select the Copy icon to copy the metadata to the clipboard.

Note: The debug information is read-only and cannot be modified.

Danger Zone

The Danger Zone contains administrative actions that permanently affect the organization.

Delete Organization

The Delete Organization option permanently deletes the organization and its associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Before deleting the organization, verify that it and its associated data are no longer required.

Important: Only the Owner can delete the organization. Ensure that you intend to proceed before confirming the deletion.

To delete the organization:

1. Navigate to Organization Settings > General.
2. Locate the Danger Zone section.
3. Click Delete Organization.
4. Follow the on-screen confirmation prompt to complete the deletion.

Member Has standard access to organization resources.

A user can assign only roles that are equal to or lower than their own role.

Changing a Member’s Role

Authorized users can change a member’s organization role, subject to the role hierarchy.

To change a member’s role:

1. Locate the member in the Organization Members table.
2. Select the required role from the Organization Role column.
3. Confirm the change if prompted.

The new role is applied immediately and reflected in the table.

Note: If you change your own role, a confirmation dialog appears before the change is applied. You cannot assign a role higher than your own.

Adding a New Member

Authorized users can invite people to join the organization by assigning them an organization role.

To add a new member:

1. Click + Add New Member at the top of the Organization Members table.
2. Enter the member’s email address.
