@abi-nandhan When importing project configuration from one project to another, queue access must be provided manually. This applies not only to queue access but also to any “Custom scripts” you may have used, which also need to be manually configured.
@abi-nandhan Even though the user roles may be the same, the queue access is not automatically transferred during project import. This is a security measure to ensure proper access control, and manual assignment is required to confirm that the necessary permissions are correctly set in the new project.
