@abi-nandhan Hello, I encountered the same issue recently. I was able to resolve it by removing the machine name from the Deploy Robots page, which allowed me to connect the license key successfully.
@abi-nandhan No, that’s not the usual process. Typically, you only need to disconnect the license from Runner, and the same license key should work. If this issue persists, I recommend reaching out to the Robility Support team for further assistance
