File Storage
In Robility, file storage serves as a cloud-based solution for organizing and managing data generated during automation processes. This includes project-specific published workflows, templates, and essential file formats such as PDFs, Word documents, Excel sheets, images, and more (.pdf, .doc, .xlsx, .jpg, .png, etc.).
To support these diverse storage needs, Robility Cloud and Hybrid models are linked by default to Sutherland’s Blob Storage account. [Click here for more details.] For greater flexibility, all Robility deployment models also offer seamless integration with Azure cloud storage, allowing organizations to scale and manage their data effectively.
Moreover, tenant administrators can further enhance this flexibility by customizing their storage configurations as needed, ensuring that their setup aligns perfectly with organizational requirements.
Modifying the Storage Configuration Type
Tenant administrators can customize the storage configuration to meet their organization’s specific needs. Robility currently supports seamless integration with Azure Blob Storage, offering a reliable and scalable cloud storage solution for securely storing and accessing data for automation processes.
Steps to Switch to Your Custom Azure Blob Storage Account:
1. Log in to the Robility Manager and select your tenant.
2. Go to the Settings page and locate the Storage menu.
3. Navigate to the Storage menu and select the Azure option.
4. Provide the following details:
a. Azure Blob URI
b. Account Name
c. Account Key
5. Click Validate to verify the entered credentials.
6. Once validated, click the Connect button.
7. A success message will confirm the connection.
