Tenant Management is the central area in Robility Manager for governing users, projects, automation resources, licenses, security, storage, AI configurations, and platform capabilities within a tenant.
Overview
A tenant is a dedicated organizational environment within Robility. It provides a logical boundary for managing automation resources, users, access, and platform capabilities. Tenant Administrators use Tenant Management to organize and govern the environment based on the organization’s operational needs.
Tenant Structure
The Robility Manager hierarchy is organized as:
Organization → Tenant → Projects → Automation Resources
A tenant serves as the top-level boundary for managing projects and automation resources. Projects within a tenant organize automation resources and control access to specific areas of the environment.
This structure provides centralized tenant-level administration while keeping projects and their resources logically separated.
Tenant Administrator
The Tenant Administrator is responsible for governing the tenant environment and managing the following areas:

Security and Access Management

Storage Management
