UnAttended Runner

Unattended bots are designed to execute automated processes independently without requiring human intervention. They are typically used for back-office operations, repetitive tasks, high-volume data processing, and workflows that require consistent and continuous execution.

These bots can execute processes from start to finish based on predefined workflows, rules, and conditions. They can also interact with multiple applications and systems to perform activities such as data entry, data processing, file management, report generation, and other routine operations.

Unattended bots can be scheduled to run at specific times or triggered based on predefined conditions within a process. This flexibility allows organizations to run automations during non-business hours or whenever required, helping improve resource utilization and maintain continuous operations.

By automating repetitive and rule-based activities, unattended bots can help organizations:

Steps to Deploy a Bot to the Runner

Follow these steps to deploy a bot to a Runner:

i. Design the workflow in the Designer.
ii. Publish the workflow to Robility Manager.
iii. Add a machine to Robility Manager where the bot will be executed, and select the appropriate license type.
iv. Navigate to Projects and either add the machine to an existing project or create a new project and add the machine.
v. Open the respective project and navigate to the Robots page.
vi. Assign the robot to the project to make it available for execution.
