This release introduces new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple areas of the platform.
Prerequisites: Clear the cache once after deployment to ensure Robility Manager functions as expected.
New Features
1. Automation Orchestration
Automation Orchestration intelligently routes business tasks across RPA and Robility Flow execution channels using configurable, rule-based logic. Each incoming request is evaluated against predefined criteria and dispatched to the most suitable execution path automatically, with no manual triage. The result is faster turnaround, consistent process execution, and less operational overhead.
2. Test Operation
Test Operation introduces a tenant-level control panel for managing test case execution. Users can enable or disable Test Mode, view the current execution status, and manage multiple test cases through a sequential execution queue for controlled and consistent test execution.
Enhancements
1. Zendesk – OAuth Refresh Token Support
Zendesk integration now supports OAuth 2.0 authentication with refresh tokens, enabling continuous authentication for API requests. When an access token expires, the refresh token can be used to obtain a new access token without requiring users to authenticate again.
2. LLM Configuration – Dynamic Model ID Selection
LLM Configuration now dynamically retrieves and displays the available Model IDs based on the authenticated provider, replacing the previous static list of predefined Model IDs.
Dynamic Model ID loading is supported for the following providers: Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta (Hosted Llama), DeepSeek, AWS Bedrock & AI21 Labs
3. Email Configuration – Bot Error Notifications
Email Configuration now supports sending Runner error log details through email. Users with project edit permissions can enable this option in Project > Email Configuration and specify the email addresses that should receive bot error notifications.
4. Automation Ops – Runner Error Details
Automation Ops now allows users to view and download error details for failed Runner executions. The available details include the error message, execution log, and screenshot PDF, making it easier to identify and troubleshoot execution failures.
Note: This capability is available for Runner executions that encounter errors after the September 26, 2026 release.
Bug Fix
Scheduled Reports
Resolved an issue that prevented Scheduled Reports from triggering after a report configuration was updated or reconfigured. Scheduled jobs now run according to the configured schedule, generate the latest report data, and send the updated report through email.
Known Issue
1. Time-Based Scheduler – Retry functionality is currently not working for workflows configured with the Advanced Time-Based Scheduler.
Existing Limitations
1. When the storage type is set to Local Storage in the Storage tab, workflows larger than 60 MB cannot be downloaded using Runner API.
2. The Priority field is currently visible only in the Queues tab and is not yet available in other Interact menus, such as URN Management or Reports.
3. The user limit in Machine Templates is currently restricted to 200 users per machine template. This limit will be increased in a future release.
4. The asset text limit has been increased to 20,000 characters on the Manager side; however, the Activity side does not yet support this limit.
5. Microsoft O365: Access tokens are valid for one hour. After expiration, OAuth connections can automatically obtain a new access token using the refresh token, while Client Credentials connections must be reconnected manually.
