URN Management
URN Management allows authorized users to manage transactions by reviewing transaction history, unlocking failed transactions, and pushing transactions back to the original queue for retry.
The URN (Unique Reference Number) is automatically generated for each transaction and is displayed as a hyperlink on the Queues page under the Interact menu. A unique URN is assigned to every transaction, whether added individually (Single) or in bulk (Multiple).
During transaction processing or updates, the URN is automatically locked. If an exception occurs or the transaction fails, it remains in a locked state. Authorized users can unlock the transaction and push it back to the original queue, allowing the transaction to be processed again.
This functionality helps users efficiently manage failed or interrupted transactions and take appropriate action without manually recreating the transaction.
Note: Only authorized users can perform URN Management actions. For more information, see Roles and Permissions.
