v.26.10.0.4
This release introduces improved flow execution controls, enhanced error troubleshooting, and bug fixes across Scheduler, Exports, Bulk Upload, and Interact to improve platform reliability and consistency.
Prerequisite: Clear the browser cache once after deployment to ensure Robility Manager functions as expected.
Enhancements
1. Stop Flow Execution
Added a Stop option on the Automation Ops page to stop running Robility Flow executions triggered by schedules or queues. This option works only if the flow includes a Stop Workflow component, giving users better control over active executions and preventing unwanted processing.
2. Stop Running Bot or Flow
The Scheduler page now prompts users to stop a running bot or flow when attempting to set its schedule to Inactive. This helps users manage active executions before deactivating a schedule and prevents unintended interruptions.
3. Screenshot and PDF Viewer
The error details window on the Automation Ops page now supports viewing screenshot PDFs associated with automation errors. A View option allows users to open available screenshots in a new browser tab, simplifying error investigation and troubleshooting.
Bug Fixes
1. Scheduler
a. Fixed an issue where multiple transactions were marked as Running simultaneously in Sequential mode. Updated the processing logic to ensure transactions are executed one at a time.
b. Fixed inconsistencies in execution statuses and solution versions across Flow History, Scheduler, and Flow/Solution Details. Improved synchronization to display accurate execution statuses and the correct configured Solution Version in Robility Manager.
c. Fixed an issue where scheduler creation or updates failed due to overlap validation errors, leaving the page in a continuous loading state. Improved validation to handle large date ranges and prevent recursion errors.
d. Fixed an issue that allowed schedules to be set to Inactive while their associated bots or flows were running. Added execution status validation and user-friendly messages to prevent unintended deactivation.
2. Exports
Fixed an issue where Live Reports exports failed when processing large datasets, causing the loading indicator to continue indefinitely. Improved report processing to support large datasets and ensure successful report downloads.
3. Bulk Upload
Fixed an issue where large bulk transaction files failed to upload, preventing transactions from entering the queue. Introduced a 2 MB file size limit and improved upload processing for more reliable and efficient bulk uploads.
4. Interact
Fixed an issue where Get Transaction Details returned a different number of transactions than Robility Manager for the selected date range. Updated date filtering to ensure consistent results across both interfaces.
Known Issues
1. Advanced Time-Based Scheduler
The Retry functionality is currently not working for workflows configured with the Advanced Time-Based Scheduler.
2. Scheduler
When a process is stopped and rerun through the Scheduler, the To Check items are also triggered.
Existing Limitations
1. Runner API – Local Storage: When the storage type is set to Local Storage in the Storage tab, workflows larger than 60 MB cannot be downloaded using the Runner API.
2. Priority Field in Interact: The Priority field is currently available only in the Queues tab. It is not yet available in other Interact menus, such as URN Management and Reports.
3. Machine Templates: The user limit is currently restricted to 200 users per machine template. This limit is expected to be increased in a future release.
4. Asset Text Limit: The asset text limit has been increased to 20,000 characters on the Manager side. However, the Activity side does not yet support this limit.
5. Microsoft O365 Token Expiration: Access tokens are valid for one hour. OAuth connections can automatically obtain a new access token using the refresh token after expiration. Client Credentials connections must be reconnected manually.
