TAT Report

TAT Reports are designed to record the complete travel journey of a transaction from the moment it is created until it reaches the final stage of the process. The report tracks how the transaction moves across multiple queues, capturing key time details such as Received Time, Start Time, and End Time at each queue level.

This end-to-end visibility helps users understand exactly where and how long a transaction spends at every stage of the workflow. By presenting a clear chronological flow of queue movements, TAT Reports make it easier to identify processing delays, queue-level bottlenecks, and handoff gaps between teams.

With these insights, users can analyze overall turnaround time, monitor operational efficiency, ensure SLA adherence, and make informed decisions to optimize queue routing, resource allocation, and process performance.

How to download this report?

The TAT Report is available on the Robility Interact Reports page. Follow the steps below to download it:

1. Navigate to the respective project. 
2. Go to the Reports page from the Interact workflow.
3. Click Schedule Report and select TAT Report.
4. Select the required queues.
5. Enter the date range to extract the report (the report supports a maximum of 14 days per download).
6. Click Export to Excel to download the report.
