New Activities

The GenAI activities now include enhanced capabilities for content generation:

Content Generation – Allows users to generate chat-based responses for a given prompt using chat completion models.

Improvements

We’ve made several enhancements to existing GenAI activities:

• Users can now input prompts in the User Input field and define specific behavior using the System Prompt field.

• Replaced the previous EXE-based logic with the latest Copilot DLL, resulting in better performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Important Notes

• Core Activity Dependency: Requires version 1.5.7.

• Designer Support: Supported from version 25.7.0.23 and above.

• Existing workflows using previous versions may show “Missing Activity” errors due to the removal of EXE references. Please update your workflows accordingly.

Limitations

Once a provider is selected, only the corresponding models will appear in the drop-down.

Issues	Details	Work Around
Test Button Activation	The "Test" button activates only after clicking outside the input box, even if text is already entered. Invalid syntax (e.g., unmatched quotes) can also block testing.	Click outside the input field after typing and ensure input syntax is correct.
PII Category Selection	Selecting options in the PII Category multi-select ComboBox can sometimes be unreliable.	Use the search filter before selecting categories.
Robility ILaMA Model Output Variability	Output may be inconsistent or unpredictable.	Consider using GPT or Google Vertex models for more consistent results.
Manage Properties Panel	Changes may not apply if the window is closed immediately after selection. Close and Cancel buttons don’t work as expected. In the grid, first click selects row; second click toggles checkbox.	Click outside the flow area, then reopen the properties window to refresh.
