This release introduces new activities for downloading files, sharing files and folders, and processing multiple items in SharePoint.

New Activities

1. Download File – Downloads files from Microsoft SharePoint to a specified destination and supports converting downloaded files to PDF format.

2. Share File or Folder – Shares SharePoint files or folders with specified people or audiences and allows users to configure view and edit permissions.

3. For Each File or Folder – Retrieves files or folders from a specified SharePoint location based on the configured criteria and executes the workflow steps for each item.
